If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! That’s a poem my brother wrote a few years back about Guinness. They had a competition and whoever won, I believe won their own pub in Ireland. Below is a Guinness ad that purportedly cost 10 million pounds ($20.4 […]

I am really liking how social networking websites are open to allow third parties to develop cool content. foamee.com integrates with Twitter to allow you to “give” beers to people. Working at a craft brewery, this is a perfect application for us to use. Flying Dog routinely sends beer to beer bloggers nationally so that […]

Smirnoff Ice’s domain is www.SmirnoffIce.com, but it can just as easily be read as www.SmirnOffice.com. Sort of makes me want to reigster www.Smirn-Office.com or a similar derivative. I also think their advertising campaign is a little on the weak side.
The other beer company that has some bad advertising is Warsteiner. Their catchphrase is “Life’s Too […]

Brewhouse Beer has a simple website with a cool hook, DIY t-shirts that pimp their beer. Enter any 3 lines of text and print out your own t-shirt (there are some really funny instructions about how to get the artwork onto the shirt). I only wish that they had the gallery working! Anyhow, I think […]

The AIGA National Design Conference is in Denver in October. The same weekend is the Great American Beer Fest (GABF), in the same convention center. HOLY SHIT.
I told UnBeige about it, read here.
