Your Country’s Flag Probably Sucks

I’ve decided that you country’s flag probably sucks. It’s time to come up with your own personal flag desgin, people! Take a look at this flash video about poor flag design (thanks, Flip!) to get an idea of to potential designs to avoid.

Please keep in mind that this flag is not for your current country of citizenship, but for a new country that you’ve completely made up. Like if your name is Greg, your country could be Gregland or the United States of Craigbania.

You need the following to be eligible:
1. A new country name
2. A motto for the aforementioned made-up country
3. A list of the 3 largest imports and exports of your nation (6 total items)
4. A unique flag design (300DPI jpeg or png files at about 4″x7″ would be ideal)

Your deadline is Friday, June 22, 2007 at 5:00PM MST. Do your best. Remember that a good sense of humor is always appreciated. Winner will receive some cool shit from my place of employment, a craft brewer in Colorado.
